All tours are paid in advance, payments are due 2 weeks before tour date.

*100% refund on all payments until 72 HOURS before tour and full refund. (see exceptions below)

•Fewer than 72 hours in advance - no refunds.

*If your tour cost is more than $1000 we will take a 10% non refundable deposit.

Our policies are designed to ensure that we can offer your group a smooth experience while treating our guides and tour partners fairly.

We understand that plans change and things come up. We will always do our best to reschedule your time.

SAFETY -STAY HYDRATED!

Travelers are advised to bring water with you on your walking tours- it’s New Orleans, summers are hot ;)

Soul of NOLA, has an extensive knowledge of all things New Orleans - music, cuisine, history, art and culture. Cassandra Snyder is the founder and lead guide. Cassandra and her small, carefully curated team love being out and about in the Crescent City. We want to share our New Orleans with you.

We are immersed in what is happening in New Orleans. Cassandra and the team work closely with the movers and shakers of the city, and we can even orchestrate meeting these people.

HOW DO I BOOK A CUSTOMIZED EXCURSION?

Choose which of our already existing tours you want and click the "book now" button on the page, you can choose your desired time and date. You’ll pay ( all tours are paid in advance) using a secure credit card processing system, taxes and fees apply. There will be a short delay, then you will receive a confirmation email - then our time is all yours! We're here to help, and we want you to enjoy your vacation in New Orleans. HOW MANY people CAN COME ALONG?

The rate is based on your private group.

Pricing is per tour not person. If your group is larger, additional fees apply to cover transportation costs.

IS IT OKAY TO BRING KIDS?

Sure! We love kids and most of our excursions can include the whole family. Keep in mind though, some of the excursions are not geared for young people, for example, "Music- a night out!". Most of the music venues do not allow young people.

SHOULD I TIP?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated if you enjoyed your experience. In fact, it allows us to more generously give back to the businesses we frequent and to the musicians whose music is part of what makes our city so special.
